Beijing. July 13. INTERFAX-CHINA - ZTE Corp., Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. and Datang Mobile had the top three winning bids in China Mobile's third round TD-SCDMA network equipment tender, an industry source told Interfax on July 13.
