China Unicom to buy 5 mln iPhones from Apple

Beijing. August 14. INTERFAX-CHINA - China Unicom has signed a contract to procure 5 million iPhones from Apple Inc. at a total cost of RMB 10 billion ($1.46 billion) amid miscommunication in the telecom operator's camp, a China Unicom source told Interfax on Aug. 14.
