Chinese investors to help Russia's Nobel Oil develop Komi oilfields

Moscow. September 21. INTERFAX - A consortium of Chinese investors will provide $300 million for the development of oilfields in Russia's Komi Republic owned by Nobel Oil, the Russian company said in a statement.
