Shanda Games increases IPO shares

Shanghai. September 24. INTERFAX-CHINA - Shanda Games Ltd. has increased the total number of American depositary shares (ADS) it will issue as part of its Sept. 25 initial public offering on the Nasdaq from 63 million to 83.5 million shares, according to its amended filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Sept. 23.
