Interview: Pharma MNCs must be proactive in IP protection in China - Jones Day partner

Intellectual property protection has been and will likely continue to be an area of concern for multinational corporations operating in China. Interfax recently spoke with Benjamin Bai from the international law firm Jones Day, a recognized expert on Chinese IP issues, on the current IP environment in China and his take on the optimal IP strategy for MNCs.
