by Hua Jinglei

Serbin shared his views in a face-to-face interview with Interfax on Nov. 26.

"Face-to-face service is key in improving user experience and increasing effectiveness. Instead of allowing individuals to download content and services themselves, we have representatives providing personal services in our Shanghai stores" Jonathan Serbin, Duo Guo CEO

Shanghai. November 27. INTERFAX-CHINA - With the world's largest mobile service market, China's domestic mobile Internet industry has attracted global attention as it continues to develop. With an international spotlight on the Chinese mobile industry in the lead up to the 3G boom, long-standing piracy issues have become a point of concern, especially for foreign investors, hindering industry growth. However, Jonathan Serbin believes that China has the potential to overcome such issues, stressing industry partnerships and an emphasis on service.
