The9 offers $100 mln to acquire FireRain

Shanghai. February 4. INTERFAX-CHINA - Nasdaq-listed The9 Ltd. has offered a maximum of $100 million to acquire Hangzhou-based online game research and development (R & D) company FireRain Network Technology Co. Ltd., state media reported on Feb. 4.
