Liaoning Publishing Group to acquire stake in animation firm

Shanghai. February 8. INTERFAX-CHINA - Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed Northern United Publishing and Media (Group) Co. Ltd will acquire a 55 percent stake in Hunan Blue Cat Animation Co. Ltd. in a move to tap into the animation sector, according to a Feb. 9 Northern United announcement.
