CITIC subsidiary to buy 20 pct stake in Macau's CTM

Shanghai. February 12. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed CITIC 1616 Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of CITIC Pacific Ltd., will acquire a 20 percent stake in Macau's Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau (CTM) from its parent company, according to a Feb. 11 CITIC announcement.
