Shanghai offshore wind farm starts up

Shanghai. March 1. INTERFAX-CHINA - A 100 megawatt (MW) offshore wind farm in Shanghai Municipality has started operations, a representative of Shanghai Donghai Wind Power Co. Ltd., the farm's operator, told Interfax on March 1.
