Ishine International to buy stake in Australian miner

Shanghai. March 2. INTERFAX-CHINA - Ishine International Resources Ltd., the Australian Securities Exchange-listed arm of privately-owned Chinese iron ore miner Shandong Ishine Mining Industry Co. Ltd. (SIMIC), announced on March 1 that it will buy a 19.9 percent stake in Australian mineral resources developer Athena Resources Ltd. for AUD 2.25 million ($2.03 million).
