Henan to shed 60 pct of steel making capacity by 2012
Shanghai. March 2. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's central Henan Province is set to close 60 percent of its total steelmaking capacity by the end of 2012, as those facilities are considered to be outdated, state media reported on March 2.
