Henan sets consolidation targets for coal industry

Shanghai. March 3. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Henan provincial government wants key state-run coal companies to control more than 85 percent of the province's coal resources and produce more than 75 percent of its coal output by the end of 2010, local state media reported on March 2.
