Hebei Steel ranks second in global steel in 2009

Shanghai. March 3. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hebei Iron and Steel Group, a major Chinese steelmaker, was the world's second-largest steel mill in 2009, with an output of 40.2 million tons of crude steel, according to an industry report on March 3.
