China Sci-tech to snap up Canadian miner

Shanghai. March 3. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed China Sci-tech Holdings Ltd. has entered into an agreement to fully acquire Canada-based Chariot Resources Ltd. for CAD 244.5 million ($236.12 million), Chariot Resources announced on March 1.
