PetroChina, Shell bid to takeover Australian CBM producer

Shanghai. March 9. INTERFAX-CHINA - PetroChina Co. Ltd., the listed arm of China's largest crude oil producer, and Royal Dutch Shell Plc have offered to acquire Australian coalbed methane (CBM) producer Arrow Energy, the Australian company announced on March 8.
