Refined nickel price may stay in downtrend until mid April - Yu Xiaochun, president of CSSE

Interfax spoke with Yu Xiaochun, president of China Stainless Steel Exchange Co. Ltd., a nickel and stainless steel electronic trading platform provider, about his outlook for the global refined nickel and stainless steel markets.

Shanghai. March 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - Refined nickel prices on the international and domestic market are expected to remain in a slump until mid April, due to weak demand from downstream industries and increasing nickel pig iron supplies in China, Yu Xiaochun, president of the China Stainless Steel Exchange (CSSE), told Interfax on March 10.
