China Sci-Tech to acquire Australian copper mine

Shanghai. March 12. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed China Sci-Tech Holdings Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Australian exploration and development company Cape Lambert Resources Ltd., to fully acquire its Lady Annie copper mine for AUD 135 million ($123.39 million), Cape Lambert announced on March 12.
