Haohua Energy Resource prepares A share IPO

Shanghai. March 12. INTERFAX-CHINA - Beijing Haohua Energy Resource Co. Ltd., a mid-sized Chinese coal producer, plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a prospectus the company released on March 12.
