Chalco, Rio to collaborate on West African iron ore project

Shanghai. July 30 INTERFAX-CHINA – The Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) announced on July 30 that it has established a 47:53 joint venture (JV) with Rio Tinto to develop the Simandou iron ore project in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa.
