China expects to cut carbon dioxide emissions by 1.5 bln tons between 2006-2010 - NDRC

Shanghai. August 19. TERFAX-CHINA - China is expected to have cut its carbon emissions by 1.5 billion tons over the 2006 to 2010 period, a senior official from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China's state economic planner, forecast on August 18.
