China Mobile, China Unicom announce 3G subscriber figures

Shanghai. August 20. INTERFAX-CHINA - China Mobile Communications Corp. (China Mobile) registered 11.83 million 3G subscribers as of the end of July 2010, while China United Network Co. Ltd. (China Unicom) came in with 8.50 million, according to the latest figures released by the two state-owned telecom companies.
