China to issue 800 mln social security cards by 2015

Shanghai. August 20. INTERFAX-CHINA - China plans to issue 800 million social security cards by 2015 to improve management of the new national medical insurance schemes, Hu Xiaoyi, vice minister of human resources and social security, said at a forum in Beijing Aug. 19.
