Tencent acquires online community operator Comsenz

Shanghai. August 24. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed Tencent Holding Ltd., a leading domestic Internet company, has acquired in full Comsenz Inc., a domestic developer and operator of online community software platforms, the two companies announced in a joint statement on Aug. 23.
