Qinghai Guoxin, China Zhongwang merger falls through

Shanghai. August 25. INTERFAX-CHINA - Qinghai Guoxin Aluminum Industry Inc. (Guoxin Aluminum) announced on Aug. 24 that it has terminated its merger with China Zhongwang Holdings Ltd. after the two sides failed to reach an agreement.
