China needs installed wind power capacity of 150-200 mln kW by 2020 - official

A senior official from the China Wind Energy Association (CWEA) said at an industry workshop on Aug. 24 that China should increase its total installed wind power capacity to between 150 million to 200 million kilowatts (kW) by 2020 to reach national targets for reduction of carbon emissions.
