CSLRC’s wind turbine factory in Hunan starts production

China South Locomotive & Rolling Corp. (CSLRC), one of the country’s largest locomotive makers, put its wind turbine manufacturing plant in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province into operation this week, the company announced on Aug. 26.
