China's 3G subscribers skyrocket 554 pct y-o-y

China was home to 28.08 million 3G subscribers as of the end of July this year, up 11.4 percent month-on-month and 554.6 percent year-on-year, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) announced Aug. 30.
