Shenhua, Inter RAO may join on CTL project

Shanghai. August 31. INTERFAX-CHINA – China Shenhua Energy Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of state-owned mining and energy company Shenhua Group Co. Ltd. (Shenhua Group), may partner with Russia-based OJSC Inter RAO UES to build a coal-to-liquid (CTL) plant in Russia, director of the Russian Energy Ministry's coal and peat industry department, Konstantin Alekseyev, told reporters recently.
