China to invest in Russia's coal export infrastructure

Shanghai. August 31. INTERFAX-CHINA - Russia and China are developing a plan for expanding the necessary infrastructure to boost exports of Russian coal, the director of the Energy Ministry's department of coal and peat industry, Konstantin Alekseev, told journalists on Monday.
