China may lend $6 bln for Russian coal mining, infrastructure

Shanghai. September 1. INTERFAX-CHINA - China could provide $6 billion in loans to aid the development of coal production and export infrastructure in Russia, the government press office of Russia's south eastern Amur region announced recently.
