Neusoft, NEC China to set up cloud computing JV

Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed Neusoft Corp., a Chinese software outsourcing provider, has partnered with domestic software developer NEC China Co. Ltd. to invest a combined RMB 50 million ($7.35 million) in a joint venture (JV) to tap into the growing cloud computing sector.
