Rosneft-CNPC refinery to receive 70 pct of oil from Russia

Shanghai. September 1. INTERFAX-CHINA - The joint venture oil refinery owned by China National Petroleum Corporation and Russia's state-owned Rosneft is to receive 70 percent of its oil from Russian companies, the head of China's National Energy Administration (NEA), Zhang Gobao, announced after a recent meeting with Russia's energy minister, Sergei Shmatko.
