CNPC completes construction of LNG dock in Dalian

China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), the country's top oil and gas producer, finished constructing China's largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving dock in Dalian City, Liaoning Province on Aug. 29, the company announced Sept. 2.
