Sinopharm, Excelsior Medical to set up health care JV

Shanghai. September 2. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corp. (Sinopharm), has entered into a contract with Excelsior Medical Co. Ltd. to establish a joint venture (JV) in Shanghai, Sinopharm Group announced Sept. 1.
