VODone to invest $11.6 mln to acquire two mobile solutions companies

Shanghai. September 7. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed VODone Ltd., a domestic Internet video and new media company, will invest a total of RMB 78.4 million ($11.6 million) to acquire two Shenzhen-based companies that develop and design mobile communication solutions, VODone announced on Sept. 7.
