China issues draft regulations for medical devices

Shanghai. September 7. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's State Council on Sept. 6 released draft regulations governing safety standards and product registration for medical devices, and called on manufactures to set up systems to monitor for defective products and adverse reactions among patients.
