Rural home appliance sales generate $14.85 bln in first eight months

Shanghai. September 8. INTERFAX-CHINA - Sales of home appliances in rural China generated revenue of RMB 100.94 billion ($14.85 billion) in the first eight months of 2010, up 210 percent year-on-year, according to data released by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) on Sep. 7.
