CACMS to support Uyghur minority medicine sector

Shanghai. September 9. INTERFAX-CHINA - The China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS) plans to establish a Uyghur ethnic minority medicine research center and a collaborative program with the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region's Xinjiang Uyghur Hospital to support the development of the Uyghur medicine sector, the CACMS announced on Sept. 7. The Uyghurs are a Turkic ethnic group primarily living in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in Western China.
