Shanghai. January 16. INTERFAX-CHINA - Steel buying interest in China is low in the run-up to the Chinese New Year, usually a season for stockpiling in anticipation of price rises following the holiday, Umetal analyst Yang Jingxian told Interfax Jan. 16.
