CNOOC completes acquisition of Hengqin-Macau pipeline

Shanghai. January 18. INTERFAX-CHINA - China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) has completed the acquisition of Zhuhai Donghua Natural Gas Co. Ltd. from China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (Sinopec), CNOOC announced on Tuesday.
