House prices jump 11 pct year-on-year in January - NDRC

Average house prices in major Chinese cities rose by 11.3 percent year-on-year in January, accelerating on December's growth by 0.8 percentage points, according to National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) statistics released yesterday.
