TechFaith to launch commercial Android phone in early 2009

Shanghai. October 8. INTERFAX-CHINA - China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Ltd., an original developed product (ODP) provider focused on research and development of mobile phone solutions, expects to launch its first commercial mobile phone based on Google's Android platform in early 2009, an official from TechFaith said on Oct. 8.
