Heightened competition may thwart attempts by Chinese oil giants to lift fuel prices - analyst

Shanghai. April 21. INTERFAX-CHINA - Growing competition in China's wholesale and retail fuel markets might hinder the ongoing efforts of China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) and China Petrochemical Corp. (Sinopec Group) to drive up fuel prices, oil analysts told Interfax on April 17.
